OUR LAB

Our lab is part of the Communication Sciences and Disorders department in the Crean College of Health and Behavioral Sciences at Chapman University. It was founded in 2024 and is located at Chapman's Rinker Health Science Campus in Irvine, CA.

OUR MISSION

Our lab studies communication and language acquisition, with a focus on improving speech-language pathology services to support language and literacy development among Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing children. We use cognitive and translational science to support a mission of language and literacy for all.
